Founded in 2025 by Charlotte Comley a seasoned care professional with over 16 years of experience, supported by Don Grant and Colin Grant, our organisation is built on a legacy of hands-on expertise and a shared commitment to excellence.
We provide high-quality domiciliary care services across Birmingham and the West Midlands, supporting people in the comfort of their own homes. Our approach is rooted in dignity, inclusion, and personalised support, ensuring that every service user feels respected, valued, and empowered.

About the Founder and Registered Manager.
Highly qualified and motivated professional.
I bring over 16 years of experience in the care sector, including eight years in management. My journey began as a care worker and progressed through senior roles from Care Coordinator, Senior Care Coordinator, and ultimately Registered Manager. This hands-on progression has given me a deep understanding of both frontline care and strategic leadership.
I hold a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care and my experience has further strengthened my governance and leadership capabilities. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently delivered high standards of care and achieved Good CQC ratings at previous organisations.
Now, as the Founder and Registered Manager of Grant Comley Community Support, I’m building a service rooted in dignity, inclusion, and excellence. Our mission is to provide high-quality, personalised care that empowers every individual we support. I’m proud to lead a team that shares this vision and is committed to making a meaningful difference in our community.
